We also have several design templates that are not currently in use:portfolio
DavesSalon.com, a hair salon located in Philadelphia, PA. Using some of the latest and most creative techniques, this site was recreated and presented using Macromedia Flash 8 professional.
REOComplete.com, a real estate and foreclosure office located in Langhorne, PA. The back-end administrative section was written using PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5.0, with the primary objectives of security and ease of use. We pitched an idea for a redesign of the main site (previews here and here), but they were happy with their current design.
CompetitiveProducts.com, a bulk retailer of miscellaneous parts for businesses, located in Tullytown, PA. Using PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5.0, the original (flat HTML) website was transformed into a database-oriented one, simplifing administration. In addition, more recently, we migrated their application and live database to a new hosting service.
MancineOptical.com, an optometrist located in Delran, NJ. We designed and built them their new website template using PHP 5.1, XHTML, and CSS2.
LabChromPack.com, a manufacturer of laboratory supplies - vials and other small accessories. We simply migrated their MySQL database over to a new host.
HabitatBucks.org, the 535th affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit that builds affordable homes for citizens of Bucks County. This was another simple MySQL database migration.
DecibelMagazine.com, a magazine for heavy music, and The Deciblog, the sister site. Their office is located in central Philadelphia. We have an ongoing relationship maintaining the code behind their websites, and have made the following changes:
- Rigged up a rather creative cross-script between the two sites to display the list of recent blog posts on the Decibel Magazine homepage. We used PHP 5.2, MySQL 5.0, and ASP .NET.
- Made some minor design changes to both sites
- Fully revamped the design template on The Deciblog
- Updated The Deciblog to Wordpress 2.3.3 to fix a security issue that was allowing hackers to insert arbitrary code into posts
Floppie's Blag, the personal blog for Quadra-Tec's own Mike Cronce, under the alias Floppie. This site is built on WordPress 2.5.1, on top of PHP 5.1 and MySQL 4.1. We also made some changes (optimization and added functionality) to the software to accomodate Mike's specific needs.
GreenJobsPhilly.org, a website for a newly-founded nonprofit looking to help Philadelphia, in every way - cleaning it up both ecologically and economically. We custom-built this site using a simple design, premade by the site's owner, using PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5.0. This site also has a tightly-integrated blog (modified from Wordpress 2.6) for the news section.
